Responsibilities
- Develop and Optimize Data Models: Design, build, and maintain complex SQL queries and database models to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Visualize Data: Create interactive, high-level dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and trend forecasting to identify growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all platforms and reporting tools.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement automated solutions to streamline data workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and think critically about business challenges.
