Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Develop advanced analytical models to predict customer behavior and identify market trends
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive decision support
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in tech or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced certification in Tableau or Power BI
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
