Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and validation of data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Support the creation of reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, or visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Analyze data trends and patterns to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to management in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain and update existing databases and documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a curiosity for uncovering data stories.
