Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events across the enterprise network in real-time.
- Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Lead incident response investigations, including forensic analysis and root cause determination.
- Develop and implement advanced security protocols and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to secure cloud infrastructure and on-premise systems.
- Provide security training and awareness programs to employees to mitigate social engineering risks.
Qualifications
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent advanced certification.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, incident response, or threat intelligence.
- Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools such as Splunk or QRadar.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, firewalls, and encryption standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
