Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to design A/B tests and measure campaign effectiveness
- Create predictive models to forecast customer behavior and optimize operational efficiency
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous ETL processes and quality assurance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive data analysis experience with measurable impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of enterprise dashboards
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end analytics projects with business outcomes
