Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems to optimize data extraction and analysis
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in datasets
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and business metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support operational decision-making
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and hypothesis testing abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
