Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate business risks
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate analytics into core products
- Present insights to C-suite executives with clear data-driven recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in B2B tech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of enterprise dashboards
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, clustering, time series)
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business strategies
- Certification in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics preferred
