Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key metrics for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and develop performance reports.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast trends and support strategic planning initiatives.
- Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Present analytical findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.
- Experience with ETL processes and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
