Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into product improvements
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses
- Create automated reporting systems to monitor key performance indicators
- Present complex insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
