Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Modeling: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform key business decisions.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to provide real-time visibility into KPIs and performance metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply advanced statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and support strategic planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (querying and database management) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Expert-level experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
