Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Implement data quality initiatives and maintain robust ETL pipelines
- Present findings to leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- mentor junior analysts and improve departmental analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in data analysis with remote work proficiency
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis background with A/B testing experience
- Proven ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
