You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, optimize operations, and deliver compelling visualizations that impact real-world outcomes. This hybrid role offers flexibility with 3 days in our downtown Chicago office and 2 remote days weekly.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify market opportunities and operational inefficiencies
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data storytelling
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional data analytics experience with SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Expertise in statistical analysis (regression, hypothesis testing, A/B testing)
- Proven experience translating business questions into analytical frameworks
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or AWS/GCP data analytics preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ impactful data projects with measurable outcomes
