Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and business opportunities using SQL, Python, and R
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for real-time reporting
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data narratives
- A/B test hypotheses and measure campaign performance impact
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/R)
- Proven experience with visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) data services
