Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and forecast business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Optimize data models to improve performance and accuracy
- Mentor junior analysts and promote data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with Fortune 500 companies
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of complex visualizations
- Proven experience with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Strong business acumen to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience mentoring data teams and driving analytics initiatives
