Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize product performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and visual storytelling
- Maintain and improve data quality frameworks across multiple data sources
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects to support strategic initiatives and growth objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis methods
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
