Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines processing 10M+ daily records
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Collaborate with ML engineers to train predictive models
- Present findings to C-suite executives with actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance
- Lead cross-functional projects using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data analysis with SQL/Python expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau and Power BI
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- Strong background in statistical modeling (regression, time series)
- Proven track record in translating data to business impact
- Excellent presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Google Analytics or equivalent preferred
