Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure high-quality analysis and reporting.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, reports, and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and identify business opportunities.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and improve user engagement metrics.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data science and analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert level proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Experience with A/B testing, statistical hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
