Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards and Power BI reports for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis on large-scale healthcare datasets to identify trends and anomalies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Validate data integrity and implement automated quality checks across data systems
- Present complex findings to non-technical leadership through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data governance best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with healthcare industry focus
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of complex visualizations
- Strong experience with statistical modeling and A/B testing methodologies
- Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting to C-suite
