Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and trends
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product improvements and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear recommendations for business growth
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Mentor junior analysts and promote data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Strong statistical analysis background with experimental design knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
