Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and database models to support business intelligence needs.
- Transform raw data into clear, compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI dashboards for stakeholders.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
