Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Implement A/B testing frameworks and experimental design for product optimization
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and visualizations
- Automate reporting workflows and ensure data integrity across systems
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects to support strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for data manipulation
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate insights into strategy
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing
