Responsibilities
- Drive Business Insights: Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL & Data Mining: Write optimized SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Process Automation: Automate reporting processes and workflows to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency in the analytics team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in a professional setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical findings into non-technical language for executive audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data anomalies and derive valid conclusions.
- Tools: Experience with ETL processes and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
