- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document bugs and track resolution using JIRA and defect management tools
- Perform regression testing on web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with development teams during Agile sprints
- Verify functional requirements and user acceptance criteria
- Generate detailed test reports and quality metrics
- Participate in code reviews and test planning sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of manual QA testing experience
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing
- Certifications (ISTQB, CSTE) are highly desirable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
