Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and executive leadership, to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain complex SQL queries and database structures to support reporting needs.
- Conduct statistical analyses and forecasting models to predict market trends and customer behavior.
- Document data processes and ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems.
- Present findings and insights to non-technical audiences through clear, persuasive presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
