Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand data needs and provide reporting solutions.
- Present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
