Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze customer behavior data to identify retention opportunities and market expansion strategies
- Design statistical models to forecast sales trends and optimize inventory management
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance against business objectives
- Present findings to leadership with actionable recommendations
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience (regression, clustering, time series)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Automotive or manufacturing industry knowledge preferred
