Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel techniques to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor KPIs and business performance metrics
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to conduct A/B tests and optimize campaigns
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, actionable recommendations
- Maintain and improve data integrity through rigorous validation protocols
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects to support strategic business initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
