Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data collection systems to optimize data accuracy and accessibility
- Perform complex statistical analysis using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality assurance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ETL processes
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into strategy
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present to non-technical audiences
