Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and provide actionable recommendations based on statistical significance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure data integrity
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive summaries
- mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in analytics methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in experimental design and hypothesis testing
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business strategy recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark/Hadoop)
