Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel functions
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visualizations and data-driven narratives
- Implement data governance best practices and ensure data quality across all analytics processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record of delivering insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and advanced Excel functions
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience working with large datasets (10M+ rows) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
