Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and implement A/B testing frameworks
- Monitor financial transaction patterns to detect anomalies and enhance fraud detection systems
- Create predictive models for customer segmentation and lifetime value forecasting
- Present data-driven recommendations to cross-functional teams using compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with financial services or fintech exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ETL processes
- Strong understanding of financial metrics, customer behavior analytics, and regulatory compliance
- Certification in data analysis (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
