Responsibilities
- Design and implement ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Create predictive models to forecast market opportunities and risks
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring quality and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with 2+ years in fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Advanced knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence preferred
