Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable business insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into strategic recommendations
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to enhance data accessibility and accuracy
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data governance best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive data analytics experience in healthcare or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Experience with ETL processes and cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery)
- Strong business acumen with ability to communicate technical insights to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end data projects with measurable impact
