Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end data analysis projects using SQL, Python, and advanced BI tools
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Develop statistical models to forecast trends and identify optimization opportunities
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives and presentations
- Maintain and enhance data pipelines ensuring data quality and integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in A/B testing and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
