Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Design and implement statistical models to forecast patient flow and resource allocation
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
- Maintain data integrity across multiple ETL pipelines and data warehouses
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance and analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical modeling experience with regression, clustering, or time series analysis
- Healthcare or Fintech industry experience highly desirable
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
