Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Communicate complex data findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations, written reports, and executive summaries.
- Identify process improvement opportunities by analyzing business workflows and data outputs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
