Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate product hypotheses
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline efficiency and accuracy
- Present findings to leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects to support marketing, sales, and operations teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data warehousing
- Proven ability to translate complex findings into actionable business strategies
