Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Create statistical models to forecast sales, inventory needs, and customer behavior
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, compelling narratives
- Optimize ETL processes for data pipelines and ensure data quality
- Mentor junior analysts and drive best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven ability to translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders
