Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Modeling: Design, build, and maintain complex data models and databases to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Interactive Dashboarding: Create high-impact, interactive visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to monitor KPIs and track performance metrics in real-time.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends, identify risks, and uncover growth opportunities.
- SQL Optimization: Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets efficiently.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to translate business questions into analytical queries and deliver clear, concise insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify data quality issues and implement automated solutions to streamline data workflows and enhance reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization: Expert level experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences with high clarity.
