Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and trends that drive business strategy.
- Design and develop complex data models and dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and executive presentations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems and databases.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define metrics and track product performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures).
- Strong experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
