Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to drive product optimization and user engagement
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate analytics into production systems
- Present insights to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring quality and compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience in tech/SAAS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of enterprise dashboards
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex data for non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven business decisions
