- Lead A/B testing initiatives and statistical modeling to drive product optimization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable business strategies
- Automate reporting workflows and maintain data integrity across systems
- Present findings to C-level executives with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in data analytics with proven experience in financial services or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
