Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL data pipelines to support real-time business intelligence dashboards
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for product optimization and customer journey analysis
- Create interactive Tableau/Power BI visualizations for executive decision-making
- Perform statistical modeling and predictive analytics for market trend forecasting
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data quality monitoring systems
- Present analytical findings to cross-functional teams using data storytelling techniques
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance and visualization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven impact in business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of enterprise-level dashboards
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Demonstrated success translating complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques (regression, time series, clustering)
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
