Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets using SQL and Python to identify population health trends
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders and clinical teams
- Design statistical models to predict patient outcomes and resource allocation needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into operational improvements
- Present insights to leadership with clear visual storytelling and actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with healthcare data preferred
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau dashboard development experience
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in healthcare data analytics (e.g., CDIP) is a plus
