Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize complex data sets for stakeholders.
• Perform deep-dive analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and optimize SQL queries and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Translate business questions into statistical models and analytical frameworks.
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
• Partner with product teams to define metrics for success and track feature adoption.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
• Strong visualization skills with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work with ambiguous data.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
