Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for real-time performance monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling visualizations and reports
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality assurance protocols
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of data pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and data visualization techniques
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into strategy
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
