Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical methods to identify business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B tests and implement data validation frameworks to ensure accuracy
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and clear narratives
- Automate reporting processes to improve team efficiency
- Maintain data integrity and document methodologies for reproducibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Proven ability to translate technical insights into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data analysis projects
