Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards and executive reports translating findings into actionable business strategies
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements for new analytics features
- Implement automated data pipelines ensuring data quality and consistency across platforms
- Present findings to C-level executives and cross-functional stakeholders through compelling visualizations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analytics experience with healthcare or SaaS industry exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
