Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and implement data-driven solutions
- Create automated reporting pipelines to ensure real-time data accessibility and accuracy
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize business outcomes
- Present complex analytical findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and documentation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in tech industry
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
