Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and user behavior
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time insights to operational teams
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance against business objectives
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of driving business impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in experimental design and hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex analytical projects and visual storytelling examples
